SMSA, the SAPS, Stadium Security and their duly authorised officials reserve the right to prevent any person from bringing in any item into the Stadium which is reasonably considered to be a danger or risk to the general safety and security of the event. These items include:

Any type of weapon, inc. without limitation, firearms, ammunition, traditional weapons and knives;

Any form of alcohol or non-prescribed narcotic;

Any form of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage; Except for water in 500ml or less containers.

Cans, metal containers/objects, glass bottles, glass/containers & objects; hard or big cooler boxes;

Explosives, fireworks, any incendiary device (incl. flares and smoke bombs);

Any form of compressed gas container inc. gas bottles, spray paint, self defense sprays etc;

Chemicals of any nature incl dry ice; “Braai”/cooking equipment;

Any form of sporting equipment (exception miniatures for autograph purposes);

Any form of musical instrument (except plastic vuvuzelas);

Lasers, light emitting strobes or powerful detachable photographic flash equipment;

Professional photographic (zoom lenses > 300mm), video & recording equipment;

Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or similar;

Any form of hand-out which can reasonably be considered to be of an ambush marketing /offensive/inflammatory/nuisance nature or a safety risk;

Banners or flags which can reasonably be considered to be of an offensive, vulgar, racist, sexist, discriminatory, inflammatory nature;

Any other item/object which is reasonably considered by the SAPS Authorised Member or VOC

Commander to be of a potential dangerous, offensive or nuisance nature.

    1. Every person entering the event, even children and babies, requires their own valid ticket, either electronically on their phone or a printed ticket.

    2. Only tickets that match the indicated age of the ticket holder (i.e. Adult, Pensioner, Under 18, Child, etc.) will be admitted to the event.

        1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket that is being abused in this regard.

    3. Any person that does not meet the age restriction of the event or their particular ticket will be denied entry and have their ticket cancelled without any refund.

Cancellation of your Booking and/or Ticket(s)

    1. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act you have the right to cancel your advance booking and ticket(s) prior to the event, subject to a reasonable penalty and/or handling fee.

        1. More than 30 days before the event, there will be no penalty, but the handling fee will amount to 10% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s);

        2. Between 30 and 7 days before the event, the penalty and handling fee will amount to 50% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s); and

        3. 7 days or less before the event, the penalty and handling fee will amount to 100% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s);

    2. You will be refunded the original purchase price of your ticket(s), less the penalty and handling fee set out above within 21 days of cancellation.

    3. Subject to the payment method used to pay for your ticket(s) you may be required to furnish the organiser with additional information, such as your bank details, to obtain your refund.

    1. Should the event be cancelled due to any reason that could reasonably be within the control of the organiser, you will be refunded the full purchase price of your ticket(s).

    2. The refund will be affected at the discretion of the organiser, but in any event within three months of cancellation of the event.

Prohibition of Dangerous Conduct and/or Materials

    1. Any person that is intoxicated or in the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser in any way endangers other attendees at the event, may be denied entry or removed from the event (as the case may be) without any refund.

    2. Weapons, other dangerous materials and illegal drugs will not be permitted into the event.

    3. Any person bearing any of the items may be denied entry or removed from the event (as the case may be) without any refund.

3. Every ticket holder1 acknowledges that the PSL owns and controls all commercial and intellectual property rights in relation to PSL events.

4. Tickets are issued for personal use and may not be sold to others, exploited commercially or non-commercially, or transferred. A ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, and there is no responsibility to replace lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.

5. Entrance to a PSL event is dependent upon presentation of a valid ticket (and upon request, proof of identity). A valid ticket gives access only to the area indicated on the front of the ticket. No pass-outs or readmissions of any kind will be issued during PSL events.

6. All ticket holders’ consent to filming and sound recording by the PSL, or persons or firms authorized by the PSL at PSL events and to the use of such recordings, or photographs, or likenesses by the PSL or any person or firm authorized by the PSL free of any compensation.

7. No ticket holder will be party to any arrangement with a commercial or other firm that directly or indirectly permits any form of advertising or the drawing or attempted drawing of any association between any commercial or other firm and the PSL, a PSL event, or a venue (

8. No ticket holder will be permitted entry into a PSL event venue bearing or wearing any item (or clothing or otherwise) of a commercial or other firm that competes with a PSL commercial partner; and no ticket holder will engage in any activity at the venue that could be construed as ambush marketing without expressing prior written consent from the PSL.

9. No ticketholder or person may bring into, or use within, a venue, any equipment capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual, or audio-visual material or information or data in relation to the PSL event or the venue save with the express consent of the PSL. Mobile phones are permitted, provided that they are for personal and private use, but no material, footage, information or data captured by mobile phone may be distributed for any direct or indirect commercial purpose.

1. Ticket holders include all those who purchase, procure or are provided with tickets including purchased tickets; complimentary tickets; and/or hospitality or VIP tickets.

10. Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from:-
