You will need to visit the Open Tickets website at https://www.opentickets.co.za click on the Season Tickets option and follow the steps to purchase your season ticket package.

What is the restriction of tickets that I can purchase?

Each profile is limited to purchase 10 seasonal packages – this is for the benefit of group purchases.

How do I get my tickets for each game?

All matches included in the package will be preloaded onto your personalized PVC KCFC branded season ticket card.

Your PVC KCFC branded season ticket card will serve as your match ticket and will be scanned at the entry gates.

• The Open Tickets Terms and Conditions, Purchase Policy and Privacy Policy as published www.opentickets.co.za are applicable to the purchase of a Season Ticket.
• By purchasing and/or using the Season Ticket, the holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, in addition to the Open Tickets Terms and Conditions.
• Season Tickets are personal to the Season Ticket holder and under no circumstances can a ticket be cancelled, transferred resold or refunded.
• Use of the Season Ticket is for private personal use only and not for any commercial or business purposes.
• In purchasing the Season Ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions which may be imposed and/or provided by the organizer before or during any event to which the Season Ticket permits access.
• The Season Ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of each event to which the Season Ticket permits access. Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries, and the Season Ticket holder shall not have any right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever in such circumstances.
• All Season Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be subject to a personal safety and security search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider to be safety and security risk or that may potentially be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event in any way, will be confiscated.
• The Season Ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings and the like of the ticket holder, as an attendee at the venue, being captured and used in printed and electronic media, including on the internet and social media.
• The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including a Season Ticket holder) and / or loss or theft of or damage to personal effects, arising out of or in connection with attendance at the event. 
• The venue and event organizer has no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Neither the venue nor the organizer shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the Season Ticket Holder’s view of the event caused by virtue of any unforeseeable circumstances.
• Except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the venue and / or organizers shall not have any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or any delay in carrying out, any matter in respect of these terms and conditions, caused by any circumstances outside the venue and / or organizers reasonable control.
• Assistance with any aspect related to the purchase of the Season Tickets available on www.opentickets.co.za
• The Season Ticket will only be valid for the applicable PSL Betway Premiership season and includes the PSL Betway Premiership fixtures to be played by the Kaizer Chiefs Football Club at the FNB Stadium and specifically excludes (list published on the Club website):
• Any MTN 8 Cup, Nedbank Cup and/or any other PSL Cup fixtures.
• Any exhibition games including Club legends, DDC and Youth Development fixtures.

• Any type of weapon, including without limitation, firearms, ammunition, traditional weapons and knives
• Any form of alcohol or non-prescribed narcotic
• Any form of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage; except for water in 500ml or less containers, cans, metal containers/objects, glass bottles, glass/containers & objects; hard or big cooler boxes
• Explosives, fireworks, any incendiary device (including flares and smoke bombs)
• Any form of compressed gas container including gas bottles, spray paint, self-defence sprays etc.
• Chemicals of any nature including dry ice
• Any form of “Braai”/cooking equipment
• Umbrellas with sharp steel pointed ends
• Any form of sporting equipment (exception: miniatures for autograph purposes)
• Any form of musical instrument (except plastic vuvuzelas)
• Lasers, light-emitting strobes or powerful detachable photographic flash equipment
• Professional photographic (zoom lenses over 300mm), video & recording equipment
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or similar
• Animals (other than guide dogs)
• Any form of hand-out which can reasonably be of an ambush marketing, offensive, inflammatory or nuisance nature, or a safety risk
• Banners or flags which can reasonably be of an offensive, vulgar, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or inflammatory nature
• Any other item/object which is reasonably considered by the SAPS Authorised Member or VOC Commander to be of a potentially dangerous, offensive or nuisance nature
