Access to the Event and Venue
1. Every person entering the event, even children and babies, requires their own valid ticket, either electronically on their phone or a printed ticket.
2. Only tickets that match the indicated age of the ticket holder (i.e. Adult, Pensioner, Under 18, Child, etc.) will be admitted to the event.
1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket that is being abused in this regard.
3. Any person that does not meet the age restriction of the event or their particular ticket will be denied entry and have their ticket cancelled without any refund.
Cancellation of your Booking and/or Ticket(s)
1. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act you have the right to cancel your advance booking and ticket(s) prior to the event, subject to a reasonable penalty and/or handling fee.
1. More than 30 days before the event, there will be no penalty, but the handling fee will amount to 10% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s);
2. Between 30 and 7 days before the event, the penalty and handling fee will amount to 50% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s); and
3. 7 days or less before the event, the penalty and handling fee will amount to 100% of the original purchase price of your ticket(s);
2. You will be refunded the original purchase price of your ticket(s), less the penalty and handling fee set out above within 21 days of cancellation.
3. Subject to the payment method used to pay for your ticket(s) you may be required to furnish the organiser with additional information, such as your bank details, to obtain your refund.
Cancellation of the Event and Refunds
1. Should the event be cancelled due to any reason that could reasonably be within the control of the organiser, you will be refunded the full purchase price of your ticket(s).
2. The refund will be affected at the discretion of the organiser, but in any event within three months of cancellation of the event.
3. Subject to the payment method used to pay for your ticket(s) you may be required to furnish the organiser with additional information, such as your bank details, to obtain your refund.
Prohibition of Dangerous Conduct and/or Materials
1. Any person that is intoxicated or in the sole and absolute discretion of the organiser in any way endangers other attendees at the event, may be denied entry or removed from the event (as the case may be) without any refund.
2. Weapons, other dangerous materials and illegal drugs will not be permitted into the event.
3. Any person bearing any of the items may be denied entry or removed from the event (as the case may be) without any refund.
